Following are the ingredients
- Water: 1 tablespoon
- Salt: 1/8 teaspoon
- Freshly grounded black pepper: 1/8 teaspoon
- Eggs: 4 (large)
- Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (divided)
- Slices of onion (1 inch): ½ cup
- Slices of red bell pepper (1 inch): 1/3 cups
- Slices of green bell pepper (1inch): 1/3 cups
- Fresh thyme (chop): ¼ teaspoon
- 33% less sodium ham (chop): 2 ounces
- Swiss cheese (divided): 1 ounce
How to Prepare?
- Take a medium bowl & mix the 1st four ingredients & stir constantly with the whisk.
- Now heat it in frying pan & add 1 teaspoon full of oil & then stir the last ingredients in the pan with stir for 4 minutes & then clean the pan from the vegetables.
