Ingredients

Following are the ingredients

  • Water: 1 tablespoon
  • Salt: 1/8 teaspoon
  • Freshly grounded black pepper: 1/8 teaspoon
  • Eggs: 4 (large)
  • Olive oil: 1 tablespoon (divided)
  • Slices of onion (1 inch): ½ cup
  • Slices of red bell pepper (1 inch): 1/3 cups
  • Slices of green bell pepper (1inch): 1/3 cups
  • Fresh thyme (chop): ¼ teaspoon
  • 33% less sodium ham (chop): 2 ounces
  • Swiss cheese (divided): 1 ounce

How to Prepare?

  • Take a medium bowl & mix the 1st four ingredients & stir constantly with the whisk.
  • Now heat it in frying pan & add 1 teaspoon full of oil & then stir the last ingredients in the pan with stir for 4 minutes & then clean the pan from the vegetables.
  • Again heat the pan & add 1 teaspoon of the oil & make a coat. Then add the half mixture of the egg mixture. Cook it for 1 minute & when edges become cooked than with the spatula lift the edge to change the side.
  • Then add all the mixture of the vegetables on the omelet & well decorate it.
  • Now repeat the same procedure for the rest of the mixture.
