• Raw White Oats (4 table spoons)
• Peanut butter (2 Table Spoons)
• A Cup OF Milk
• 4 Bananas
• Olive Oil (1 table spoon )
• 4 Dates

Take a cup of regular or skim milk put it in a blender, add white oats with dates and blend them for 2 minutes because oats and dates are a little hard to blend then add 4 bananas, olive oil and peanut butter into the mixture and again blend them for 2 more minutes put some ice if you like and drink it 30 minutes after your workout for good gains.
